Abstract
Objective To detect plasticizer in food plastic freshness protection package. Methods Phthalic acid esters were extracted from food plastic freshness protection package by n-hexane, gas chromatography mass spectrometry was used to determine 17 kinds of phthalic acid esters. Results DEHP phthalate (2 ethylhexyl) ester was found from commercially available twelve kinds of PE food plastic freshness protection package. Conclusion Should strengthen the market supervision and limits of phthalic acid esters in food plastic freshness protection package.
