Culture and isolation of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells

Abstract

More studies have proved bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have active self proliferative and multi differentiate capacity.At present,some proper conditions for isolation and culture of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have been successfully established.It founds a base for further investigation and using of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in cell engineering and tissue engineering.
