Abstract

Bacillus thuringiensis is one of the most effective and the most widely used microbial insecticides at present.The approaches to the strategy for high performance insecticide such as cultivation,selective preference strain,insecticidal crystal protein and insect disinfestation mechanism,genotype identification and constructive genetic engineering bacteria are reviewed in this paper.Moreover,the advancement and the application prospects in high performance insecticide are discussed.
