Legal issues concerning the development of cruise industry in the construction of Shanghai international shipping center

Abstract

Cruise industry is one of the key points in the construction of international shipping center in Shanghai in future.China has no legislation about the development of the cruise industry now.The paper analyses the legal issues concerning the developing of the cruise industry about the operating party,the navigating areas of the cruise,carriage of passengers by sea,the shipbuilding of the cruise and the customs clearance of the passengers.Proposals are put forward in above areas.
