Determination of Organo-phosphorous Pesticides in Water Using Dynamic Liquid Phase Micro-extraction Hyphenated With Gas Chromatography

Abstract

An analytical method based on dynamic liquid phase micro-extraction(DLPME) hyphenated with GC for the determination of three organo-phosphorous pesticides,dichlorovos,methylparathion and parathion in water was proposed in this paper.Effects of solvents,amount of solvent,number of times of extraction,pH and ion strength of the medium of DLPME were studied.Linearity were found in ranges of 30-70 μg·L-1 for methylparathion and parathion,and 40-70 μg·L-1 for dichlorovos.Recovery was found in the range of 84.9%-103.0%.RSD′s(n=7) were ranged in 5.1%-9.4% and DL′s(3S/N) were ranged in 26.5-35.7 μg·L-1.
