Abstract

Detection function characters of BOF sublance applied to converter smelting in two 150 t BOF of Steelmaking Plant of Stainless Steel Branch,Baoshan Iron Steel Co Ltd is introduced.Control system configuration,electric drive control function and control software structure of sublance,and data processing mode of probe detection signal are described.Problems in testing and their solutions are explained.Practical detection results are given.
