Abstract

Property management in China's colleges and universities has many defects,such as students being hard to exercise their supervision rights and rights to know things,the lack of professional management system,etc.Accordingly, relevant departments should take measures to formulate relevant laws and regulations, set up question accepted mechanism,establishtheserviceenterpriseaccesssystem,formulatemanagementrules,sothattheycanbetterregulate therealtymanagementactivities,fullyprotectthevitalinterestsofthestudentsincollegesanduniversities.
