Abstract
Most of the people in our country, use bicycle as transportation tool,that is very common-seen. keeping a suitable bicycle flow, is good for the city development. It begins from transportation present condition of bicycle, holds the principle for making people the center, and considers the existing transportation condition in Fuzhou City.Discussion is made on the problems and given the conntermeasures.
