Abstract
Fusarium oxysporum, F. acuminatum and F. semitectum caused crowm and root rot of alfalfa. The toxicity and efficacy of carbendazim, carbendazim thiram, experimental chemotherapeutant and thiophanate methyl to them were measured with mycelium growth rate test method. The result indicated that these fungicides had inhibition effect on Fusarium spp.The results indicated the mean median effective concentration value(EC 50 )was different. The EC 50 value of carbendazim thiram was 5.29μg/mL.But carbendazim was 68.2μg/mL, Even thiophanate methyl was 166.79μg/mL.
