Abstract

Based on the analysis of the means by which the listed company manipulates profit and the request of enterprise accounting standard and accounting system,this article points out the harm of profit manipulation to the company itself and the whole society.Furthermore,this article summarizes the way of how to prevent and eliminate profit manipulation.\;
