Abstract
The anatase TiO 2 nanosized microcrystals were successfully prepared by the solvothermal crystallization of titania sol. The influences of synthetic conditions for TiO 2 were investigated. The microstructure of TiO 2 powders was characterized by X-ray diffraction, TEM and TG-DTG-DTA methods. The nanosized anatase TiO 2 powders were smaller in diameter, even in granularity, more steady in heat treatment, purer and monodispersed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
