Abstract
The culture medium of sugar-free micropropagation of Chrysanthemum morifolium plantlets was chosen by the plant tissue culture system by ourselves. The results showed that the ceramic ball medium was suitable for the growth of Chrysanthemum, and the traditional soilless culture medium of rockwool and sponge were unsuitable.
