The core of national cultural is culture. The culture,however,can't be the exclusive of Confucianism,Sinology or Neo-Confucian Culture.It is just above the three.The concept of contemporary has gone beyond the traditional division of material and spiritual,and the rival category of the elite and popular areas.It has been widely penetrated into the materials-the depths of daily life so that it has great differences from the traditional culture,and such categories as material culture and daily life culture have been formed.Contemporary Chinese Culture is a great culture,reflected in its inclusiveness and collage,in culture internal stratification being replaced by classification,in confrontation of cultural relations being replaced by reconciliation,and in confronting of cultural value being replaced by sharing.Beijing is the most concentrated reflection of Chinese contemporary cultural achievements.It is of strategic significance to construct Beijing as a national cultural center which has world influences.
