Research of Bile Dynamics in Patients After Cholecystectomy by Hepatobiliary Scintigraphy

Objective:To examine the dynamics of bile in patients after cholecystectomy and normal controls,get the parameters of normal changes of bile emptying in patients after cholecystectomy and to help diagnosing SOD.Methods:Patients:12 normal controls and 18 patients after cholecystectomy.All patients were measured by fatty meal intervented hepatobiliary scintigraphy.The parameters of bile emptying were calculated and compared.Results:DAT and HDTT in patients after cholecystectomy decreased and Tmax in liver and common bile duct、T1/2 in liver and common bile duct showed no difference in comparison with normal control group.Conclusions:After cholecystectomy,the bile emptying parameters show faster bile emptying and only minor patient-to-patient variations.
