Abstract
Abstrcat Effects of different CdCl_2 concentrations on activities of protective enzymes of soybean hypocotyls were studied. The results showed that 10~50 μmol/L Cd~(2+) treatments, the accumulation of H_2O_2, membrane electrolytic leakages and tissue autooxidation rates in soybean hypocotyls increased significantly during 3~6 day. During 4~6 day, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)significantly decreased, and with the increase of Cd~(2+) concentration, peroxidase(POD)activities increased gradually.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
