Study on the Technology of Electroless Cu Plating on Polyester Fabric

Copper coating was prepared by electroless on polyester fabric.The influences of coarsening temperature,plating temperature,main salt and plating time on the depositing rate and morphologies were discussed.The optimum plating bath and the best processing conditions were obtained,and the composition of the coatings prepared under the optimized process was studied by x-ray diffraction.Results indicate that the Cu coatings are dense,smooth,uniform thickness and the whole fibers is wrapped,and the impurities of the coatings is very few.
