Cultural Essence:Humanistic Capital for Economic Development

Abstract
Social ideology is the main content of culture,and philosophy is the ideological base of cultural development.The core thought and basic spirit of philosophy add up to cultural essence——traditional humanistic spirit.In the process of reform,opening and modernization,cultural essence is being regenerated,thus exerting direct or indirect influences on economic decision and the implementation of economic policy.In a word,cultural essence has great modern value,and is thus important humanistic capital for economic development.
