Abstract

In 2005 and 2006,studying the Pathogen Isolation and Identification of processing tomatoes root-rot disease in Xinjiang, the results showed that the disease was caused by complex pathogenic fungi such as Pythium, fusarium,Rhizocton and Phytophthora.Pathogenicity indicated Pythium aphanidermatum had a higher virulence than others in seedling stage, which caused serious damage and belonged to preponderant fungus;Next was Rhizoctonia solani. But in the middle-later period of growth,Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani's isolation frequency were the highest, they separately caused wilt and root-rot at the processing tomato. At present, although the wilt disease still happened at initial stage,it propagated in many ways and the harm was serious,to which greater attention should be devoted.
