On Mao Zedong's Soviet Democratic Thought

Mao Zedong led the construction of constitutional government of the Soviet,and put forward the comparatively systematic Soviet democratic thought:the right to vote of the Soviet belonged to the broad masses of workers and peasants,the Soviet was the real administrator of people’s life,and the people had the rights to supervise the work of the Soviet office.
