Abstract

Constructing public service platform for industrial technology is an important strategic measure for integrating scientific and technological resources,promoting industrial upgrading and driving the development of regional economy.The ascendancy of scientific and technological resources cannot play a significant role completely in the process of industrial economy's development in Shaanxi Province.Therefore,there is an urgent need to construct the public service platform for industrial technology.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Shaanxi Province in constructing the platform,and based on this analysis,points out that the platform construction should take resources integration and circulation as the core,take resources sharing as the goal,and adopt some effective measures for constructing the organizational structure of the platform,building the institutional mechanisms,selecting the operational mode,and formulating the regulations and policies.
