Abstract
The technology of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) has been widely applied to the biological field and other relative subjects since its birth. Now it has been further developed into more and more research fields. The current PCR technologies including Reverse Transcription PCR, Reverse PCR, Quantitative PCR, Anchored PCR, Recombinant PCR, Long PCR, Hot Start PCR, Multiplex PCR, Immuno-PCR, Touchdown PCR and Differential Display Reverse Transcription PCR are introduced in this paper.
