Abstract

Objective To explore the surgical treatment and results of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Method Retrospectively analysis of the etiology, clinical characteristics and surgical outcomes of 46 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction, including ureteropelvic junction obstruction in 43 cases,2 cases of high ureteropelvic junction, fiber cords compression in 1 case, all underwent surgical treatment(Anderson-Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty in 44 cases,1 case of broken fiber cords,non-functioning kidney nephrectomy in 1 case. Results Forty-five patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years,an average of 18 months,44 cases were cured,1 case of restenosis, and the total cure rate of 97.8%.Conclusion Dismembered pyeloplasty is the standard operation for UPJO cases, and is effective.
