Abstract
A new method was proposed to reconstruct metabolic networks on the basis of the existing method.As an illustration example,the method was used to build the metabolic network for a species of anabaena.By use of the data of organism's biochemical reaction,enzyme and gene in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) database,the preliminary metabolic network for the anabaena was reconstructed.The structural behaviors such as degree distribution,hierarchy,and community were discussed.
