Investigation on the demand degree of psychological guide of patients before uterine myoma enucleation

Objective To analyze the demand degree of psychological guide of patients before uterine myoma enucleation.Methods All of 60 patients with uterine myoma enucleation from February 2009 to January 2012 were evaluated with preoperative psychological needs questionnaire and Zung anxiety scale(SAS),depression scale(SDS),then the results were compared,and they were intervened with targeted guide.Results The demand degree of disease knowledge and operation effect psychological guide of patients before uterine myoma enucleation was higher,the SAS and SDS score after the targeted guide were obvious improved,there was significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The demand degree of psychological guide of patients before uterine myoma enucleation is higher,and the targeted guide can effectively improve their anxiety and depression.
