Abstract

Service sector is playing an increasingly important role in the modern economy.The competitive advantages of service enterprises will be a determinant factor in the country's competition edge.The comparison of China's service enterprises with those of the world throws some light on the present state of Chinese firms and reveals the prevailing problems existing with them.
