Soil fungi list of Daweishan Nature Reserve

Abstract
516 fungi strains were isolated among 40 soil samples from Daweishan Nature Reserve at 4 elevation, in 4 soil types and 8 vegetation types. 452 fungi stains have been identified as 85 species which are belong to 3 classes, 7 orders, and 35 genera. Resistant test was made among identified species for plant pathogens. 21 species (25% of species) have resistant activity, 13 species have a resistant index of 1-2, 8 species have 2-3.
