Eros, Philia and Agape

The paper proposes a multidimensional theory of reciprocity, on the basis of the classical distinction of love in Eros Philia and Agape. The author discusses the different characteristics of these three forms of interactions, and how their interplay one other. The main thesis of the paper is the necessity of a pluralistic approach to reciprocity, from the contract to the free gift, in order to make reciprocity sustainable in the long run.
