Abstract
A complete cDNA sequence of the duck apoAI was determined as 1050 nucleotides. It contains 18 bp and 240 bp in 5^ and 3^ untranslated regions respectively, and 792 bp in an open reading frame encoding an 264-amino acid apoAI precursor(an 18-amino acid signal peptide, a 6-amino acid propeptide and a 240-amino acid mature protein which is identical with previous result of sequencing apoAI amino acid directly). The novel gene whose accession number was U86 131 had been submitted to GenBank.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
