Abstract

The purpose of this study is investigate the effect of 21-week plyometric and weight training on the Anaerobic Capacity of elite football payers and to provide basic data on the development of scientific and systematic training programs to improve performance. For this, it was conducted on a total of 20 football players are attending U High School in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Adopting the Peak power(PP) and Fatique index(FI) required by the target, the Plyometric Training Group (PTG), the Weight Training Group (WTG) is formed during the training period (before training, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks and 21 weeks), and the changes of each factor according to the training period to the group, according to the Two-Way repeated measure ANOVA. After analyzing with the statistics program, Window spss 23.0, the following results were obtained: The Peak power (PP) according to the training period of PTG and WTG was decreased (p.05) after 21 weeks of training, and the fatigue index increased (p.05). There is a personal difference in the anaerobic power of the according to the position, It is believed that an evaluation comparison of the resulting values obtained under the same conditions as inspections in the same position will be necessary. Therefore, it is hoped that football players will develop more specific and scientific data in training programs suitable for their position and purpose.
