Abstract
RAPD analyses are conducted on 32 Northeast Chinese soybean genotypes. 100 primers of kit A,F,G,H and K acquired from OPERON Technologies are acreened with genomic DNA from G. soja (01650), G. gracillis (01771), and G. max (Jilin 21). 19 of 100 primers are selected to use for separate amplification reactions with DNA from 32 genotypes. 82 polymorphic fragments produced could distinguish from all genotypes tested. Some polymorphic fragments are identified as specific markers for germplasm differentiation. Two polymorphic fragments, A05-1390 and G16-630 are present in all cultivars but are absent in all wild and semiwild materials.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
