Overview: Outcomes of Social Care for Older People and Carers

The study looks at the way different groups judge the success of community services. The authors hoped that, by bringing together the ideas of staff, carers and older people with a wide range of needs, they would be able to create a picture of what should be the outcomes of care. This report is one of a series intended to throw some light on the way community services affect people’s lives.
