Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is checking the viability of a business plan with the idea of opening fast food restaurant in Brno which will offer food from the Balkans. The problem identified was the flawed fast food market in Brno and this work aimed to prove this hypothesis while proving that the business plan at hand would be able to fill the gap identified in the customer satisfaction. The thesis will consist of two parts. Theoretical part will be devoted to the rationale behind the above-mentioned idea, general information about business plan and research methods that will be used in order to make a business plan. Second part of the work will be the case study in which concrete business plan will be written. Methods from theoretical part will be applied to the business plan in order to fully understand usefulness of the original idea.
