The project is a series of unique, complex and related activities that have one goal or purpose and are to be completed up to a certain time, within the budget and according to the specification. Also, it can be said that the project is a temporary activity, which means it has its beginning and its end. Project management can be defined as the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in project activities to achieve a specific project requirement. Great care must be taken to see if it is possible to meet the needs of the beneficiaries of the project, because the goal of the project management is not to fail but to have the best possible outcome. For a successful work on the overall project, apart from the narrow scope of project management, primarily the organizational structure and the project environment, knowledge of project implementation, standards, and general knowledge of business management and interpersonal relationships. Each of these factors contributes to the success of the project itself. For the duration of the project, a project team is gathered, which, after the completion of the project, is disbanded. During its development, the project goes through the stages within which it plans, develops and finishes. The project's lifecycle includes project execution and exploitation. In order for the project beneficiary to be satisfied, a well thought-out analysis of the existing situation needs to be done. Project design using a logical approach is a method of problem analysis and appropriateness of planned activities and solutions. The key point in the logical approach to designing the project is the creation of a logical matrix. It can also be called the final process product. Through the creation of a logical matrix, it is carefully analyzed and logically fulfills each set of definitions that serves as a summary of key project related information, and provides a simple overview that allows a quick estimate of consistency and harmony in the project logic. This graduate thesis consist of an introduction, conclusion and it is divided into five units. The introduction briefly presents the themes problem and the goal of the work. The first and second lessons speak of project theory and project management and the role of strategy in project management. The third set of work refers to a detailed description of the project cycle which through a number of stages and a large number of project activities leads to completion. In the fourth section, a logical approach to project design and analysis is used to evaluate the existing project situation. The fifth unit discusses the application of a logical matrix, and with a detailed description and an example of the same explains why it is one of the key and successful instruments in the design of the project. The conclusion is based on the opinion and gives an overview of the set goals, results and insights that occurred during writing.
