Fuzzy queueing models are more absolute than the naturally occurred crisp queues. Applications of queueing model can be enhanced by extending queueing model to fuzzy environment. We study a single server queueing system where service follows an Erlang-k type with fuzzy parameter. The inter arrival time and service time are octagonal fuzzy number. Numerical example provided which highlight the validity of the procedure proposed in this paper.
