Ratings for the Integrated Single Window Office (ISWO) for Social Assistance and Employment Services Project for Uzbekistan were as follows: outcome and Bank performance was satisfactory and monitoring and evaluation (M and E) quality was modest. Some lessons learned included: institutionalization of the ISWO software is important for the results achieved under this grant to be fully applied and to ensure the sustainability of the software. A continuous management role proved to be very important for the success of the project, starting from the design stage throughout its implementation. Types of management information should be clearly identified when designing the software. Standardized learning materials that are easily accessible should be created to help the staff learn at their own pace and refresh their knowledge when needed.
