Abstract

Abstract A simple, new method for the synthesis of dioxodecahydroacridine derivatives via three‐component reaction of dimedone, aromatic aldehydes and a nitrogen source (NH4OAc or aromatic amines) is developed using carbon‐based solid acid as efficient, reusable and green heterogeneous catalyst.
