Abstract

Abstract Durch Benzoylierung des Thiaminderivates (I) mit Benzoylchlorid, p‐Chlor‐ bzw. p‐Brombenzoylchlorid (II) in Aceton in Gegenwart von Natriumbicarbonat werden in 28‐38%iger Ausbeute die Bisacylierungsprodukte (III) erhalten, die sich in äthanolischer Salzsäure bei Raumtemperatur zu den Monoacylverbindungen (IV) hydrolysieren lassen.
