ความเสยง: ปจจยสำคญ ผทเกยวของ และกระบวนการบรหารความเสยงในสถาบนอดมศกษาไทย* Risk: Important Factor, Stakeholders and Risk Management Process in Higher Education in Thailand

บทคดยอ การบรหารความเสยงเปนตวบงชขอท 7.4 ในระบบการประกนคณภาพภายในทสถาบนอดมศกษาตองคำนงถงและรายงานผลการดำเนนการตอสำนกงานคณะกรรมการการอดมศกษาในทกปการศกษา ซงจดเรมตนสำคญของการบรหารความเสยงคอ การทำความเขาใจกบศพท 3 คำ ไดแก ความเสยง (Risk)  ปญหา (Problem) และความไมแนนอน (Uncertainty) ตลอดจนปจจยสำคญทสงผลตอการบรหารความเสยง ทมสวนเกยวของกบผบรหารของหนวยงาน คณะกรรมการบรหารความเสยง ผจดการความเสยง และผปฏบตหรอผรบผดชอบ และกระบวนการบรหารความเสยงทตองมความสอดคลองและเชอมโยงกบยทธศาสตร กลยทธ และตวบงชของหนวยงาน จงจะสงผลใหการบรหารความเสยงมประสทธภาพและมประสทธผลไดอยางแทจรง Abstract Risk  management activity is the indicator no. 7.4 of the quality insurance system for the academic section. The academic institutes especially, the university, had to concern and report the risk management report to the office of the higher education commission.  To start the risk management process, the understanding of 3 technical terms as risk, problem and uncertainty was mostly important.   Moreover, the other factors that effected to the risk management process such as organization management team, risk management team risk management manager and staffs had to be carefully concerned. The risk management process and indicator must relate and conform to the organization strategy resulted to achieve the risk management system with highest efficiency.
