It was found that under the influence of commercialization, organizational changes in the structure of professional football clubs tend to occur, leading to significant changes in the organizational-management and resource aspects. Peculiar features of the organizational transformations of football clubs of the leading European countries were highlighted. It was revealed that the organizational changes in the structure of professional football clubs affected the formation of departments of marketing, communications, work with fans. Organizational and legal forms of European professional football clubs were analyzed, the trend to increase of commercial forms of their organization, which reflect the realities of today's market of sports services was confirmed.
