Abstract

Precast method has been widely used in construction of construction in Indonesia at this time. This happens because precast concrete has some advantages over conventional or cast concrete methods in place. The advantages, among others, is because the process of making it easy and not dependent on the weather, reducing the use of formwork, short pengerjaanya, and ease of implementation so that it can reduce the duration of the project and automatically costs incurred into smaller, better quality assured because it is well controlled and according to the latest research of precast concrete is more environmentally friendly Darma Cendika Catholic University Building Surabaya was redesigned using precast concrete that is on the plate and beam. This plan uses the standard used in structural planning using concrete structure for building structures (SNI 03-2847-2013), load combinations calculated using precast concrete planning procedures (SNI 7833-2012), gravity loading is planned using PPIUG 1983 and tatat the calculation of loading for buildings (SNI 1727-2013) and for earthquake loading calculated using earthquake resistance planning (SNI 1726-2013) The results of the modification of the Catholic University Darma Cendika Surabaya building design include the size of the master beam 40/55 cm, the size of the child beam 25/45 cm, and the size of the column 75/75 cm. Connection between precast elements usi ng wet connection and short console.
