A Study of the Rhetoric and Process of Public Rapid Mass Transit Policy

Abstract

This study will be undertaken in order to ascertain the needs for public mass transit, the barriers to its implementation, and the most suitable proposal to solve our nation's personal transportation problems in 1974. But more importantly, the methods of insuring transit policy objectives will be discovered and outlined.
