Abstract

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine relationships among job satisfaction, job stress, and self-efficacy and to identify predicting factors on the job satisfaction among a general hospital nurses. Method: The subjects were 266 nurses working at C university hospital in G city. Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, & multiple stepwise regression by SPSS 12.0 program.
