Cutaneous larva migrans: A rare tropical dermatosis

Cutaneous larva migrans (CLM) is a parasiticinfection that is especially transmitted from soils contaminated with hook wormoriginating from cats and dogs, hence lesions are seen in lower extremity. Inthis report we present a case infected in Kocaeli, Turkey; while he walked barefootin a stream. In cases with foot involvementwith serpiginous lesions and not responding to routine treatment, CLM must beconsidered in differential diagnosis.
