Abstract

Yoga, tai chi, and qigong (YTQ) are holistic movement practices that are commonly treated as complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) modalities. They are incorporated along with other CAM modalities such as acupuncture, herbal therapies, chiropractic, and homeopathy.
