Abstract

Sea transport occupies a very important position in human life. In recent years, due to the increase of traffic volume of vessels, the increase of transportation tonnage and the increase of ship speed have made the water transport environment more crowded and dangerous. Ship traffic safety is regarded as the top priority. The shadow of the sea condition and the topography must have many blind areas. It cannot be fully covered, and it is difficult to contact the ship with distress and handle the alarm of the ship. The ship's safety information cannot be reported to the shore in a timely and reliable manner, and the so-called coordinated search and rescue cannot be realized effectively. Therefore, this paper proposes a design scheme for the establishment of VHFDSC regional network, which can realize the complete seamless coverage of offshore busy waterway and port area ship safety information to ensure the safe navigation.
