In this paper the synthesis of bis-hydrazones derivatives has been achieved by the reaction of terphthaldehyde with some primary aromatic amines yielded mono hydrazones (2a-g), the later reacted with benzilic acid hydrazide to afford the new of bis-hydrazones (3a-g).The synthesized mono and bishydrazones were characterized on the bases of their physical properties and spectroscopic data .Bishydrazone compounds were tested for biological activities as antibacterial and showed significance to moderate activity
