Analisis Pengaruh Kebijakan Deficit Spending Terhadap Perekonomian Di Indonesia

The issue of the impact of the Spending budget deficit has received considerable attention in macroeconomic policy. Each country has different ways to solve the problem of the budget deficit policy that is carried out. \nThis study focuses on the analysis of the effect of Budget Deficit in Indonesia. The impact of deficit management here will be seen how the source of the deficit, pursued the best, and is able to contribute to the economy. Another research objective is to identify the magnitude of the impact of sources of deficits and their effects on the economy. \nThe results of the study try to explain that the model used is able to see the impact of the budget deficit in Indonesia. The results of the study found that in the short and long term foreign debt has a positive and significant influence on Deficit Spending. But on the other hand shows economic growth and inflation have no significant effect on Deficit Spending
