Abstract

My career in the teaching profession has actually commenced since I received my bachelor’s degree in Education. I began as a teacher in the secondary school in which I had also been a student teacher during the last year of my undergraduate study. At this school, my duties included teaching English as a subject to students from Grade 7 to Grade 10 and being a homeroom teacher for one classroom. The teaching experience and other responsibilities I had while being a teacher in this school have really provided such a great experience for my teaching profession. I was also happy that I could bring what I learnt in the pre-service teacher training course to use in the real classrooms.
