Abstract

The technology of production of extracts from vegetable raw materials is considered in the article. The existing extracts production lines are analyzed. In order to intensify the extraction process, it is proposed to use preliminary dry impulses based on the creation and discharge of vacuum. The studies of the concentrations of dry extracted substances in the extract according to the equation of material balance under different extraction regimes were carried out. It has been established that vacuum extraction is faster in comparison with the process of simple preheating of the extractant and infusion. Different line models in accordance with production needs are proposed. Line design and technology for the production of extracts reduce energy consumption by 15%.
