Novel approaches towards composite restoration of anterior teeth: a series of three case reports

Anterior tooth fractures are the most prevalent dental injuries. Most commonly involved teeth are maxillary central incisors. These fractures not only result in impaired aesthetics but also result in loss of function and phonetics. Apart from this, another major problem affecting aesthetics is midline diastema. In order to restore them, newer techniques should be considered along with conventional technique. Two cases with uncomplicated maxillary anterior teeth fractures were selected and another case with midline diastema was selected. Three different approaches were used for, restoring the fractured teeth and midline diastema closure. Key Words: Composite, Fractured Teeth, Midline Diastema, Template
